Bucks County ACS is a program to supplement emergency communications with professional, unpaid staff. Bucks ACS is not a ham radio club, but is part of local government and operates under the authority of the Bucks County Emergency Management Agency (EMA). We are also affiliated with the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) which specifically handles field communications, particularly during emergencies.
